Residents are invited to attend a series of public information sessions taking place in Strabane over the coming weeks to learn about the benefits of connecting to Natural Gas in 2018.
The information sessions are being hosted by SGN Natural Gas the company responsible for delivering gas mains, services and meters to thousands of customers as part of the ‘SGN Natural Gas network’ project.
Strabane is the first of eight main towns in the western area to benefit from the £250m investment in new infrastructure for Natural Gas which is now available to over 1,300 homes and businesses in the Strabane area.
Connection Information Sessions are taking place in:
- Strabane Academy (Derry Road), Wednesday 31st January from 6.30pm-8.30pm;
- Fountain Street Community Centre, Thursday 8th February from 4pm-5.30pm & 6.30pm-8.30pm;
- Alley Theatre(library rooms),Wednesday 21st Februaryfrom 4pm-5.30pm & 6.30pm-8pm.
Members of the SGN Natural Gas team will be in attendance to provide information on connection incentives available, advise when your area is scheduled for connection to the new mains gas network; and assist with any queries on the application process.
