    Is natural gas available in my area?

    Check to see if natural gas is available to your property by using our postcode checker, calling 0800 975 7774 or emailing info@sgnnaturalgas.co.uk.

    Request an appointment

    Once you’ve confirmed natural gas is available to your property, you can request an appointment with an SGN Natural Gas advisor. Our specialist will visit your property to carry out a quick survey and determine the best location for your gas meter.

    Choose a natural gas installer

    Gas Safe™ Register is the official register for gas engineers. You can find details of Gas Safe™ registered engineers at gassaferegister.co.uk or by calling 0800 408 5500. If you have hearing difficulties you can use their text phone service on 0800 408 0606 or email enquiries@gassaferegister.co.uk.

    Confirm the connection

    Now that you have selected your Gas Safe™ registered engineer, you will need to complete the relevant paperwork with SGN Natural Gas at this point.

    Register with your gas supplier

    You will need to register with your gas supplier. This is currently SSE Airtricity.
